Free trial
The 30-day trial is free and needs no card. Nothing is charged when the trial ends unless you choose a plan.
Monthly plans
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the month already paid for, and no further charges are made. Part months are not refunded.
Yearly plans
If you cancel a yearly plan within 14 days of the first yearly payment, you get a full refund. After 14 days, the plan stays active until the end of the paid year.
If you remove a store from a yearly plan part-way through the year, the unused amount for that store is added as credit to your account.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice, charged for a store you had removed, or charged the wrong amount, we refund the difference in full once we confirm it.
Service problems
If the service is unavailable for more than 24 hours in a row because of a fault on our side, we credit the affected stores with one week of their plan, on request.
WhatsApp charges
WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business account and are not refundable by us.
How to ask for a refund
Write to us from the contact page with your store name and the invoice in question. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
