Pricing questions
What does "per store per month" mean?
You pay for each physical store that uses Eyenewsseven. Staff accounts, customers, frames and lens orders are not counted separately.
What is included in the 30-day trial?
Every feature on the Progressive plan, for one store. At the end of the trial you choose a plan or the account pauses. Nothing is charged automatically.
Are WhatsApp messages included?
Sending is included. Meta bills WhatsApp Business Platform conversations directly to your WhatsApp Business account at their published rates.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time. Upgrades apply straight away and downgrades apply from the next billing period.
Is data import charged?
No. Importing customers, past prescriptions and frame stock from spreadsheets is included on every plan.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are shown in US dollars before applicable taxes. Invoices show the tax for your region.
